Our Return and exchange policy is 30 days from date of purchase. There are no returns for opened gps map cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds by web order (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 2411 Barton Street East Hamilton Ontario CA L8E 2W9.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover the cost of the item and not the original shipping cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Info — Rods, Reels, Electronics and other Merchandise
After 30 days from the purchase date, all electronics that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer. Rods and reels need to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under warranty after 30 days from date purchase. Items not covered by manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only. Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. For returns for credit or cash, all items must be returned unused and in original packaging. All web orders returns are less shipping charges both delivered and returned.
All brands of boots, shoes and waders have a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept any returns older than one year. This warranty is void if the items are in an abused or misused condition and does not cover "normal wear and tear."
