Shimano Curado DC A Baitcasting Reel

The Shimano Curado DC 150 A combines durability, versatility and advanced casting control with upgraded IDC4 Digital Control technology. Its microcomputer monitors spool speed 1,000 times per second to reduce backlash and maximize casting distance. A rigid HAGANE Body provides strength under load, while the lightweight MGL Spool III improves startup, distance and control. Four braking modes adapt to long casts, wind and skipping. Available in 6.2:1, 7.4:1 and 8.5:1 gear ratios, with Cross Carbon Drag. Upgrade your setup with the Curado DC 150 A and experience greater control, confidence and performance on every cast.

Features:

• MGL Spool III: An ultra-thin MGL III Spool reduces inertia for smoother, more precise casting—even with lighter lures
• IDC4: Automatically optimizes spool speed and reduces backlash for controlled, repeatable casting performance
• HAGANE Body: Rigid metal reel frame that resists flexing under load, channeling the angler’s effort directly into smooth, efficient cranking power
• Cross Carbon Drag: Provides the smoothest Shimano drag performance ever, while providing anglers with increased durability
